Dimensions and facilities

A modular stand system, which can be customised with your brand, will be introduced at the Vet24 Conference this year. The INEC, Killarney offers state-of-the-art facilities and an exciting opportunity for the Vet24 Conference to introduce a modular stand system. There will be two stand sizes available, and the exhibition floorplan will be designed to create an easy flow of delegates to maximise engagement with stand holders. This format will also offer more space for companies to be imaginative with their stand in attracting visitors.

Shell scheme sizes available 2m x 3m and 2m x 6m

Electricity and spot lighting

Electricity and spotlights will be supplied to each stand. All exhibitors must bring their own extension leads where required
WIFI

Complementary high-speed WiFi is available.
Furniture

Set-up and take-down

Access to the Exhibition space will be available from 6pm on Thursday 10^th October for set up. Stands will need to be ‘dressed’ by 1pm on Friday 11^th October, in advance of registration. The opening address will take place at 2.30pm.

Stands can be dissembled from 4pm on Saturday 12^th October, after the last break.

Why Exhibit?

Following the success of Vet23 in Cork last year, the Vet24 Conference will take place on 11^th, 12^th and 13^th October in the INEC, Killarney, Co Kerry. Vet24 is Ireland’s largest and most exciting veterinary conference, where there are many engaging opportunities for you to showcase your brand, and to meet the veterinary profession’s most enthusiastic and progressive vet

250 delegates across the profession are expected to attend.

The trade exhibition will take place on the afternoon of Friday 11th October and will run up to the evening of Saturday 12th October. There are five hours of dedicated exhibition time over the two days with staggered breaks built into the programme, creating a steady flow of delegates through the exhibition.

Interaction at your stand

Catering for the weekend will be served in the exhibition area. Lunch will be provided for exhibitors on Saturday. Please be sure to include some novel ideas at your stand to attract the attention of delegates. Full House Events would be delighted to work with you on these.

Personnel

A maximum of three staff members are permitted each day included in the cost of your stand.

Social Events

Vet24 will include the opportunity to mix with friends and colleagues at our social events on Friday and Saturday night, in a relaxed setting. All welcome!

Vet24 Social Friday

11th October

On Friday evening there will be a casual social event for delegates, speakers and industry personnel. Industry representatives are welcome to attend this event. Transport to and from the Killarney Convention Centre will be provided. Click below to book a place by Tuesday 1^st October.

Dress Code: Smart casual, i.e. blazers optional, no trainers.
