Dimensions and facilities
A modular stand system, which can be customised with your brand, will be introduced at the Vet24 Conference this year. The INEC, Killarney offers state-of-the-art facilities and an exciting opportunity for the Vet24 Conference to introduce a modular stand system. There will be two stand sizes available, and the exhibition floorplan will be designed to create an easy flow of delegates to maximise engagement with stand holders. This format will also offer more space for companies to be imaginative with their stand in attracting visitors.

Electricity and spot lighting
Electricity and spotlights will be supplied to each stand. All exhibitors must bring their own extension leads where required

Set-up and take-down
Access to the Exhibition space will be available from 6pm on Thursday 10th October for set up. Stands will need to be ‘dressed’ by 1pm on Friday 11th October, in advance of registration. The opening address will take place at 2.30pm.
Stands can be dissembled from 4pm on Saturday 12th October, after the last break.

Exhibitor information – Terms and Conditions
- AUTHORITY OF SHOW ORGANISERS – The authority of Veterinary Ireland in relation to all aspects of this event is absolute
- ACCOUNTS - Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice and can be made by bank electronic transfer or credit card.
- VAT – Exhibitors should note VAT is applicable at 23%
- SHELL STANDS – A modular stand system, which can be customised with your brand, will be introduced at the Vet24 Conference this year. The INEC, Killarney offers state-of-the-art facilities and an exciting opportunity for the Vet24 Conference to introduce a modular stand system. There will be two stand sizes available (3m x 2m and 6m x 2m), and the exhibition floorplan will be designed to create an easy flow of delegates to maximise engagement with stand holders. This format will also offer more space for companies to be imaginative with their stand in attracting visitors. Shell stands are provided in certain positions. Such stands will be erected with partitions between adjoining stand holders with the name of the Exhibitor above the Stand in clear lettering.
- ALLOCATION OF POSITION – The allocation of positions for stands rests entirely with the Organisers. The Organisers will endeavour, as far as possible, to meet any special wishes expressed by an Exhibitor, The PCO shall not be responsible in respect of loss or damage arising from any error in the appointment of space, or from any encroachment by one Exhibitor on the space apportioned to another for any amount greater than the sum paid by the Exhibitor for the space allocated.
- SUBLETTING – No exhibitor will be permitted to sublet or allow to be used by another person, firm or organisation the whole or any portion of the space allotted to them.
- SERVICES – Electricity and spotlights will be supplied to each stand. All exhibitors must bring their own extension leads where required. Complementary high-speed WiFi is available. - BRANDING – Exhibitors are responsible for the branding of their own stand. Should you require assistance with the printing of branded nameplates/panels, pull-ups and backdrops please contact the organisers.
- SET UP AND TAKE DOWN – Stands must be in place by 12pm on Friday 11th October. The exhibition will open at 1.30pm and will remain open until 4.30pm on Saturday 12th October. All exhibition materials should be removed by 7pm on Saturday 12th October.
- DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS TO STANDS – Prior to Show and not before 9th October. Materials may be addressed to: Breffni Ingerton, REF: Vet24 Conference, C/o Gleneagle Hotel, Muckross Road, Killarney, Co Kerry, V93 V6WF
- PERSONNEL – 3 members of staff per day, per stand are permitted to attend.
- CUSTOMER INVITATION TICKETS – Exhibitors may purchase delegate passes for veterinary customers only
- PROGRAMME & NOTES – Exhibitors must submit a 200 word company biography and high resolution jpeg of their company logo to appear in the delegate full programme and notes
- SOCIAL MEDIA AND VET ALERTS – All exhibitors consent to the use of their logo for promotional purposes across social media platforms and veterinary email alerts.
